CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total. Appointments may be rescheduled twice with at least 24 hours notice. Additional changes require a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and a cancellation fee (50% of the service) before rebooking. A 9-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted. Excessive rescheduling may result in same-day booking only. 3 no-shows will result in being banned from booking.
